Women’s Breakfast Report
Following a delicious breakfast, we were delighted to welcome
Dr Hannah Richards, who shared her testimony around v1 of Psalm 23
“The Lord’s my shepherd, I’ll not want.” It was inspiring to hear how she has trusted in God’s plan for her life both in her work and outside. Hannah balances her life, living in an inner-city area where she is involved in church planting and youth work, alongside working as a consultant in both Intensive and Palliative Care – which are both challenging and emotional. She shared that when she faces difficult times, prayer is so crucial to help her through. Sometimes when God doesn’t seem close, she knows that he puts people around us that can show us his love in all things. Hannah reminded us that, no matter how hard life can be, in all things,
Jesus is enough!

Mission Partner’s Service at St. Michael’s

At our joint mission partners service we were privileged to be joined by Joshua and Miriam Mbithi, our long-term mission partners from Eldoret, Kenya.
Joshua preached from Jeremiah 32:17-23, ‘Great Things by a Great God.’ This passage draws our attention to key attributes of God.
He shared the story of God’s prompting to found Neema Children’s Home some twenty years ago, as well as the school they opened more recently.
